A short demonstration to show how easy it is to add a bit of aromatics into leftovers, make a zingy salad dressing & a heart warming dahl.

3.30 - 4pm. Come earlier and enjoy the flavours of the Boyne valley, organic veg, local crafts & pick up some lunch and sit either in the barn or take a stroll around the organic farm & glamping site.
