Background
Over the past decade, Lu’s frequent travels India introduced her to yoga and its 5000 year-old history. In 2015, Lu completed a 200hr teacher training at The Yoga Room in Dublin with Ciara Cronin, following the various traditions that evolved from the krishnamacharya lineage and the eight limbs of yoga as set out by the earliest known yogi, Patanjali. In 2021, Lu qualified as a Breath Coach, accredited by Lucas Rockwood of YOGABODY Barcelona.
