Spice Up The Party!

Lu created her own version of a traditional Indian street food cart for explosive food experiences at private celebrations and festivals.

The Chaat cart serves Indian street food classics such as puffed rice Bhel Puri - think crispy Bombay Mix with a punchy combination of onions, tomatoes, chaat masala and tamarind chutney.

“It feels like there’s a party in my mouth!”

“The impact of staying in Mumbai, surrounded by food wallah’s on every street corner serving up breakfast delights like eggs burji and crispy masala dosas was unforgettable. The spice, the tanginess with an assortment of chutneys and garnishes was perfect. Since then ginger, turmeric, cumin and amchoor (mango) powder are staples in my kitchen.”
