1-Day Retreat

This is a day-away to focus on inner nourishing - time for reflection, to enjoy movement and slow down. A retreat programme typically includes varied yoga practice, meditation and pranayama or gong bath with a guest instructor and an Indian cooking demonstration with an emphasis on healing with food. 

All retreats are suitable for all levels and accessible for beginners.

Lunch, dinner and refreshments throughout the day are included.

Weekend Retreat

These special weekend retreats give the opportunity to immerse yourself in choreographed, uplifting exercises to both relax your mind and rejuvenate the body.

Lu Thornely and a guest instructor devise each Weekend Retreat to unify the benefits of yoga and food and to help each participant drop the shoulders, take refuge and receive nourishment from the environment and teachings.

The retreat takes place at a private historic house with access to exquisite gardens for contemplation. Past locations include, Rossnaree, Narrow Water Castle and Ballintubbert Gardens & House
